Video2Photo can capture individual frames from a video source, such as a DV camcorder, webcam, or from a local video file (AVI, DivX or MPEG). You can play the movie from within the application, and easily select individual frames, or sections to be extracted. In addition, you can choose to apply a variety of effects or processing options to all or selected frames, including color corrections, cropping, old photo effect and more. The result can be exported as HTML thumbnail gallery, Flash file (swf), AVI movie or individual image files. The interface is easy to use, even for non-technical users, and uses a step-by-step wizard to guide you through the process. Requires free registration (free for personal use only).

Die Freeware kopiert einzelne Bilder oder Bildfolgen aus beliebigem Videomaterial. Egal, ob direkt von einem angeschlossenen Camcorder, Videostreams aus dem Internet oder Filmdateien, die schon auf der Festplatte liegen (als AVI, WMV, MPG, (S-)Video-CD) - Video2Photo liest das Videofile ein und extrahiert daraus Bild fuer Bild.
